Great Coast Commons has partnered with us to provide an informative and engaging class covering classic Italian cuisine.

Chef Aaron will first teach you how to make handmade pasta dough, then hold a Q&A to answer any questions you may have about pasta, restaurant food, or anything else food-related.

A few topics and foods to look forward to are:

-Semolina pasta

-Egg pasta

-Various shapes and types of pasta

-Old-world vs. new-world sauces and ingredients

To complete the experience, there will be wine and other adult beverage offerings.
